Hi! My name is Marisela Pedroza, I am married to Adolfo and we have
two beautiful girls, Mireya (10) and Maricruz (9).
I have been blessed to work with children for the past 16 years. Children
have ranged in ages from newborns to teenagers.
I have a C.D.A. Certificate, "Child Development Associate" obtained
from Pima Community College and the University of Arizona as well as 16
years of training from various early childhood development programs.

Throughout the years I have worked as a youth group leader for my
church, a counselor for the YMCA, an afterschool and summer program
coordinator, a lead teacher in preschool programs and as a preschool
supervisor for the Glendale School District.
These years of experience have inspired me to create a preschool that
will teach children all the physical, social, emotional, academic and
spiritual skills needed to lead a positive, successful and purposeful life.
It is my daily prayer to faithfully serve God and His children, for He
has richly blessed us all!
My husband Adolfo has been a chef for 12 years and has fulfilled his
training requirements from the Arizona Department of Health Services
for Childcare Licensing. I am proud to announce that he will be
preparing the meals for "G.P.A. Preschool," as well as being the teacher
assistant.
Rayo Guerra started off as a volunteer for "G.P.A. Preschool" and with
her gentle nature, experience and dedication - she was an instant "Nana"
to all of the children. Nana Rayo has 23 years of early childhood
education experience, with two children of her own. For 15 years she ran
her own in-home childcare, as well as 2 years as a manager for a military
based preschool. She has also volunteered at church preschool's
throughout the years and is now one of "God's Precious Angels!" Nana
Rayo also enjoys faux painting and mural painting, she recently added our
"seasonal tree" to the classroom! We are very blessed to have her as
part of our preschool family!
